Stefan has published more than 90 studies for government agencies as well as peer reviewed papers on alternative fuels and life cycle analysis.
Stefan has directed the modifications to the California GREET model, which was used to evaluate greenhouse gas emissions under the California Fuel Standard, while also working with hundreds of clients to examine greenhouse gas emissions from fuel production technologies.
